External IT Set Up

When using HelpScout, you may need your external IT Team to assist in the back end operations and set up for Outlook.

Integration Kings will ensure the all the mailboxes are set up in the system.

Your external IT will then need to login as you into HelpScout and follow the following instruction on forwarding the emails from Outlook to HelpScout.

Please ensure you give your external IT the Username and Password to HelpScout.

When they login they will need to read the below articles that apply to your current email settings and follow the instructions.
