Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password first go to the portal sign-in page:

Then click on Forgot Password:

Then enter the email address that you use to login to Dear and you should receive an email from Dear Support within 10 minutes.

If you don't receive an email or can't remember what your username is please email dear support: support@dearsystems.com.
