Removing a Ticket from a Subfolder

Just as you can set up tickets to be placed in a subfolder, you can also remove the tickets from these subfolders.

Depending on whether the workflow used was automatic or manual, will determine the way to remove the ticket from the subfolder.

If using an Automatic Workflow:

Remove the tag assigned to the ticket, and the Workflow will clear out of the folder automatically. 

A ticket will only appear in the folder if it matches the criteria for the Workflow.  

If using a Manual Workflow:

  1. Head into the selected folder the ticket is in
  2. View and Select the ticket (s) you wish to remove from the folder
  3. Click on the lightning bolt on the top panel and choose Remove from Folder.
