How to invite your Accountant or Bookkeeper to access your ReceiptBank account
Add your Bookkeeper or Accountant to your file process and they'll be able to view, manage and collaborate with the paperwork that you've submitted to your account.
Here are the steps on How to invite your Accountant or Bookkeeper to access your ReceiptBank account.
Step 1: On the right-hand side of the homepage you can find the button to invite your accountant.
Step 2: Type the email address of the accountant into the Invitations and click the Start Collaborating.
NOTE: If your accountant/bookkeeper is already using Receipt Bank, you'll see this window below:
Step 3 : Click 'Grant access'. They'll be given permission to access your account and view, edit and publish your uploaded paperwork.
Or
NOTE: If your accountant/bookkeeper doesn't subscribe to Receipt Bank, you'll see this window in below.
Step 3: Complete the details of your accountant and click "Send"
