Downloading Templates into Dear

Downloading templates

To customise a document or email template, the template needs to be downloaded.

Downloading an existing template:

1. In Settings -> Document & Email Templates
2. Select the template you want to customise. 
3. Select Download Template or Download E-mail.
   NOTE: By default, only document templates are provided, and the Download E-mail button will not be visible.
   See Add an email template for more information.
4. The Template will then download onto your computer for customisation
