Reset and delete templates

Reset and Delete Templates

Note: It is recommended that you do not delete any templates but rather rename them to old version and keep on file if needed.

1. In Settings -> Document & Email Templates
2. Select the template you want to delete or reset
3. By Clicking on the Reset Button -> this will reset the template back to the default template for that documentation
4. By Clicking on the Delete Button -> this will permanently delete the template
